Taking on the 2027 Etape Loch Ness ride? We’re here to make it easier for you. Have your bike collected and returned to London King’s Cross with our transport service. Book your bike on by completing our form once clicking the button at the bottom of the page!

Return Transport Service £100 per cycle.

How it Works

• Thursday 22nd April - Bike collection at London King’s / 8am-10am.

• Saturday 24th April - Meet us at the event Village in Inverness for cycle collection.

• Sunday 25th April - Ride Day! After your ride, meet us back at the event village for bike drop off.

• Monday 26th April - Collect your bike from us back at King’s Cross from 6pm-8pm. (You can also collect from us at our base in Wickford, Essex and upon request may be able to cater for alternative collection options)

Your cycles will be loaded onto our custom cycle trailers and will be securely loaded with either rubber or foam protection. Overnight we have booked private isolated accommodation with private parking. Our vehicles will never be left unattended.

Please note: Although we work to ensure the highest level of safety, all cycles and personal effects are at all times at your risk, even when carried by CyCool hosts or representatives. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or accident to any luggage or personal property. Necessary insurance will need to be provided by yourself.
